<正>胰腺癌是常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一,据统计,胰腺癌在美国位居肿瘤相关死因的第3位,5年生存率约为8.0%[1],在我国其发病率和死亡率也居高不下。手术治疗是惟一的根治方案,但大部分患者在诊断时已失去手术机会,同时胰腺癌细胞对化疗的敏感性较低,因此早期诊断将是提高患者生存率的关键。本文拟就胰腺癌早期血清学诊断标志物的研究进展作一综述。1 传统血清肿瘤标志物单独及联合应用的研究临床上最常用的胰腺癌诊断血清学标志物是糖类抗原CA199
