摘要
本文在借鉴和参考我国工业园区循环经济标准体系现有研究成果的基础之上,以扬州环保科技产业园区为例,围绕园区内具有不同产业特色的循环经济产业链,充分利用标准化的优化、简化、系统化的原则,运用模块化的方法和序列式的结构,深入研究适宜园区的循环经济标准体系构建思路和总体框架,列举搭建流程并给出应用案例,为工业园区循环经济标准化工作的开展和实施提供参考。
On the basis of existing research results about the circular economy standards system of industrial park in China, this paper studies the circular economy chains with different industrial characteristics in Yangzhou Environmental Technology Industrial Park, and establishes the circular economy standards system framework. Some standardization principles are applied to generalize, simplify and optimize the target system. A modularized and step-wise standards system and some reference cases are proposed to shed some light on the future standardization work in the park. It is believed that both the research methodology and outcome of the current study can provide some insights for other circular economy standardization programs.
