摘要
目的:探讨CCNE1基因表达状态对卵巢癌总生存结果的影响及预后价值。方法:利用The Kaplan Meier plotter数据库中的卵巢癌患者生存资料及CCNE1基因表达资料,分析不同CCNE1基因表达状态下卵巢癌的总生存差异,探索CCNE1基因表达的预后价值。结果:共检出1 656例卵巢癌患者用于最终的生存分析,根据CCNE1基因表达状态,分为低表达组(1 171例)和高表达组(485例),低表达组卵巢癌中位总生存时间为48.0个月,高表达组为37.4个月,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001),风险比HR=1.26,95%CI(1.10,1.44)。结论:CCNE1基因高表达降低卵巢癌总生存,是不良预后因子。
        Objective:To investigate the effect and prognostic value of CCNE1 gene expression status on the overall survival of ovarian cancer.Method:The survival data of ovarian cancer patients and CCNE1 gene expression data in The Kaplan Meier plotter database were used to analyze the difference in the overall survival of ovarian cancer with different CCNE1 gene expression status,and to explore the prognostic value of CCNE1 gene expression.Result:A total of1 656 ovarian cancer patients were detected for the final survival analysis.According to CCNE1 gene expression status,patients were divided into two groups,the low-expression group(1 171 cases) and high expression group(485 cases).Median overall survival time for low-expression group ovarian cancer was 48.0 months,while for the high expression group was 37.4 months,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001),HR=1.26,95%CI(1.10,1.44).Conclusion:The high expression of CCNE1 gene reduces the overall survival of ovarian cancer,which is a poor prognostic factor.
