摘要
通过对X-RAY测厚仪的设备结构、测量原理以及应用环境的分析研究,提出了如何对影响测厚仪测量精度与稳定性的因素进行相关的处理、补偿措施。特别针对中心点测量偏移这个最具现实意义的问题进行了研究。这些补偿以及措施的应用使测厚仪的静态测量误差降到目标值的0.1%以内,满足了冷轧铝带材厚控精度的要求。
        To ensure the homogeneity of cold rolled aluminum strip thickness, we should firstly guarantee the accuracy of the X-ray thickness gauge and the stability of the internal and external measuring factors. By studying and analyzing the device structure, the measuring principle and the application environment of the X-ray thickness gauge,how to control the factors which impact the accuracy and stability of measuring and related handling and indemnifying measures were put forward. The application of these compensation and inspection measures reduce the error of the static measurement of the thickness gauge to below 0.1% of the target value,meet the requirements of the thickness control accuracy of cold rolled aluminum strip.
