K型及T型管节点的极限承载力参数分析

摘要
采用ANSYS有限元方法建立考虑焊缝的有限元模型,对K型及T型钢管节点的几何参数腹杆与弦杆直径比β、弦杆径厚比γ、腹杆与弦杆壁厚比τ进行数值分析。得到对K型钢管节点,弦杆与腹杆的夹角θ不变时,节点极限承载力与β、γ及τ值有关。对T型钢管节点,当β值增大而γ值减少时,节点的极限承载力增大,但是τ值对节点的极限承载力影响不大,在满足承载力的前提下,可适当减少腹杆的厚度,并基此提出实际应用中的一些建议。
        On the basis of previous research,this paper uses ANSYS finite element software to carry out numerical analysis of geometric parameters of K-type and T-type steel tubular joints considering weld seams,such as diameter ratio β,diameter-thickness ratio γ and wall-thickness ratio τ of web and chord,and quantitatively analyses its influence on bearing capacity of joints. It is obtained that when the angle θ of the K-shaped node and the chord and the web is constant,the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint is related to the values ofβ,γ and τ. For the T-node,when the β value increases and the γ value decreases,the ultimate bearing capacity of the node increases,but the influence of the τ value on the ultimate bearing capacity of the node is not particularly large. Under the premise of satisfying the bearing capacity,the thickness of the web can be appropriately reduced,and gives some suggestions in practical engineering.
