超长环形钢框架结构温度效应研究

摘要
基于复杂超长环形结构的实例,采用MIDAS Gen有限元软件对不同框架截面的结构和有无后浇带的结构进行分析,并给出了整体变形、楼板应力、框架内力等分析结果。在分析结果基础上,阐述了此类结构温度应力和温度变形分布规律性,并探讨此类结构变形成分组成特点;通过比较不同模型楼板应力,总结框架刚度分布与楼板应力水平的关系,并分析设置后浇带对框架梁内力的影响。得到的结论主要有楼板配筋方法、柱子截面选择原则以及后浇带工况下钢梁轴力设计校核,对类似超长环形结构设计有一定参考价值。
        Based on the example of complex and super-long ring structure, the structures with different frame sections and the structure with or without post-pouring belt were analyzed by using MIDAS Gen finite element software. The analysis results of global deformation, floor stress and internal force of the frame were given. On the basis of analysis results, the distribution regularity of temperature stress and temperature deformation of this kind of structure was elaborated, and the composition characteristics of displacement components were discussed. By comparing the slab stresses of different models, the relationship between the column stiffness distribution of the frame and the stress level of the floor was summarized. At the same time, the influence of setting post-pouring belt on the internal force of frame beam was analyzed. The main conclusions include the reinforcement method of floor slab, the selection principle of column section and the design and verification of steel beam axial force under the condition of post-pouring belt were obtained. The conclusion has some reference value for the design of similar super-long ring structure.
