摘要
采用力学性能测试、电导率检测以及显微组织观察等方法,研究了退火工艺对5A06铝合金力学性能和电导率的影响。结果表明:随退火温度的升高和保温时间的延长,5A06铝合金板材强度逐渐减小,伸长率先增大后减小;电导率先增大后稳定不变。综合得到5A06铝合金板材最佳退火制度为310℃下保温3 h。
        The influence of annealing process on mechanical properties and conductivity of 5 A06 aluminum alloy sheet was studied by means of tensile test,conductivity test and microtructure observation.The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature and the soaking time,the intensity of 5 A06 aluminum decreases gradually,the elongation increases initially but then decreases; the conductivity of5 A06 aluminum plate increases firstly but then reaches a certain level.In conclusion,the comparatively ideal annealing treatment for 5 A06 alloy sheet is heating at 310 ℃ for 3 h.
