摘要

防雷减灾体系工程包括雷电监测定位系统、雷电灾害数据库和雷电灾害业务工作平台3个部分,是积累雷电数据资料、研究雷电活动规律、提高防雷减灾能力的重要基础。分别探讨了3个部分的建设要求和方法,为青海省海南州防雷减灾体系工程建设提供思路。
        The lightning protection and disaster reduction system includes three parts: lightning monitoring and positioning system, lightning disaster database and lightning disaster work platform. It is an important basis for accumulating lightning data, studying the law of lightning activity and improving the ability of lightning prevention and disaster reduction. The construction requirements and methods of three parts were discussed respectively, which provided ideas for construction of lightning protection and disaster reduction system in Hainan Prefecture of Qinghai Province.
