预控顶条带式充填采矿法在缓倾斜中厚磷矿体开采中的应用

摘要
湖北宜昌某磷矿Ph22矿层的工程地质条件较复杂,通过采矿方法试验发现原预控顶房柱采矿法回采工艺难以实现,针对该磷矿复杂的工程地质条件,提出预控顶条带式充填采矿法,并对采场顶板支护、采空区充填工序进行优化,采用锚杆、锚索联合支护可有效提高顶板稳定性,避免因顶板围岩垮落而造成大量的出矿贫化;采用废石胶结充填处理采空区,减少留设的矿柱量,从而降低矿石损失,矿石回采率提高了9.3%,矿块生产能力提高了48%。预控顶条带式充填采矿法是适应该磷矿层的一种高效、安全的采矿方法,可为宜昌地区其他磷矿提供借鉴。
        The engineering geological conditions of the Ph22 ore bed in a phosphate mine in Yichang,Hubei are rather complex.Through mining method tests,it is found that the original precontrolled roof pillar mining method is difficult to realize.In view of the complex engineering geological conditions of the phosphate mine,the pre-controlled roof-band mining method is put forward,and the stope roof support and goaf filling process are optimized.The combined support of anchor bolt and cable can effectively improve the roof stability and avoid enormous ore dilution in ore drawing caused by roof surrounding rock collapse.The goaf is treated with waste rock consolidation and filling to reduce the amount of pillar left in the goaf,so as to reduce the ore loss,increase the ore recovery rate by 9.3%and raise the productivity of ore block by 48%.The precontrolled roof-band filling mining method is an efficient and safe mining method suitable for the phosphate bed,which can provide reference for other phosphate mines in Yichang area.
