摘要
结合实机试验数据,运用AVL FIRE程序分析了射流控制压缩着火燃烧方式的着火过程及废气再循环(EGR)率和柴汽油掺混比例对燃烧过程的影响.结果表明:主燃烧室内的柴油预混合气被从点火室内喷出的燃烧产物迅速引燃,实现了柴油预混合燃烧着火相位的主动控制;主燃烧室内的柴油预混合气具有预混合多点自燃和低温燃烧的特点;随着EGR率的增加,主燃烧室内着火时刻略有延迟,NOx排放下降;随着汽油比例的增加,放热减缓,火焰传播越来越显著,NOx排放下降.
        On the basis of engine experimental data,the numerical simulation software,AVL FIRE,was used to analyze the ignition process of jet controlled compression ignition,and the effect of exhaust Gas Recirculation(EGR)rate and gasoline fraction in blended fuel was also analyzed. The results showed that diesel pre-mixture of main combustion chamber was ignited rapidly by the burned products injected from the ignition chamber,thus precise ignition phasing control for the diesel pre-mixture was realized. In the main combustion chamber,the diesel pre-mixture has the same characteristics to that of the premixed charge multipoint ignition combustion and low temperature combustion. With the increase of EGR rate,ignition delay is slightly increased and NOx emission is decreased in the main combustion chamber. With the increase of gasoline fraction in the blended fuel. The heat release rate and NOx emissions are reduced,and flame propagation phenomena become more remarkable.
