摘要
给予堵转电流能够让转子式压缩机预热,对热泵在极低温环境中启动时有很大好处。本文通过分析压缩机油液面和测试压缩机内部油液的粘度值对比了不同预热方案的优劣,并对转子式压缩机进行单体长运,论证了热泵压缩机在-32℃环境下运行的可靠性。
Preheating rotor compressor by given locked-rotor current has a lot of benefits for itself when startup in the extremely low temperature environment.This paper contrast the pros and cons of the different preheating scheme through analysis of oil surface and testing of oil viscosity value inside compressor.And monomer of the rotor compressor have run for a long time, that demonstrates the heat pump compressor running in-32 ℃ environment is OK.
