摘要
角极长对铝电解生产有较大危害,会造成职工劳动强度增加。杜绝角极长,对提高电解槽稳定性,减少原材料浪费具有积极意义。本文针对某厂400 k A电解槽角极长的现象,分析原因,对角部传热进行计算,从电解槽内村设计、工艺参数调整和操作方法改进三个方面提出了解决办法,为大型预焙槽平稳生产提供一些借鉴。
Spikes is greatly harmful to the aluminum electrolysis production,it will increase the labor intensity. Spikes shall be eliminated which has the positive significance for improvement of the stability of electrolytic cell and reducing of waste materials. Because of the spikes phenomena on the 400 k A Electrolytic Cell of one plant,the cause is analyzed,and the heat transfer of spikes is calculated,finally proposed the solutions from three aspects that lining design of Electrolytic Cell,adjustment of process parameters and improvement of operation method,which can supply a certain reference for the stable production of large pre-baked anode cell.
