摘要
常见大型循环冷却水系统均以工业用水作为冷却介质,但是在某些小型装置中为了减少和杜绝系统长周期运行造成的结垢问题,常会采用脱盐水作为冷却介质。虽然使用脱盐水可以很大程度上杜绝结垢问题,但同时也会出现腐蚀加剧问题。因此,在系统运行之前通过化学方式进行清洗预膜处理,并在设备及管道内壁形成一层均匀、致密的沉积膜,在运行过程中通过特殊的缓蚀剂添加处理技术不断地补膜,最终腐蚀与补膜达到一种平衡状态,从而有效缓解和防止脱盐水介质对设备的腐蚀。
        Large circulating cooling water systemsusually use industrial water as cooling medium,but in some small devicesdesalted water are acceptedto use as cooling medium which can reduce and eliminate scaling problem of the cooling water system during long period running. Although using desalted water can largely prevent scaling problem,but at the same time it also brings corrosion problems. So prefilm processing which can form a dense deposition film on the inner wall of the equipment and pipe chemically should be introduced before system start-up. A special corrosion inhibitor treatment technology is used to repair the film continuously at run time which finally reach a balance state between corrosion and the film mending so as to alleviate and prevent corrosion of equipment from desalted water medium effectively.
