摘要
以益新矿北一石门43073工作面为研究对象,实验研究切顶卸压沿空留巷定向预裂切缝。分析工作面回风巷顶板破碎且出现伪顶的特点,通过理论计算和已有工程经验确定了切缝角度、切缝高度和切缝间距,引进定向预裂切缝技术。现场实施多组不同装药结构爆破实验,对比钻孔窥视图像结果表明,当采用4+3+2+1装药结构时,爆破效果最佳,孔内裂缝明显,裂缝率超过70%,对采空区的顺利垮落起到关键作用。该研究成果在现场实际工程中的成功应用对类似工程地质条件下切顶卸压沿空成巷技术的推广具有重要意义。
        With the engineering background of the 43073 mining face in North level crosscut of Yixin Mine as the engineering background,the directional pre-split kerf cut experiment was carried out for cutting-relief and pressure-relief roadways. In view of the broken roof and the appearance of the pseudo-top in the return air lane of the working face, the angles of the kerf, the height of the kerf and the distance between the kerfs were determined through theoretical calculation and the existing engineering experience, and the directional pre-crack kerf technology was introduced. Several groups of blasting tests with different charge structures were performed on the site. The borehole peek images were compared and analyzed. When a 4+3+2+1 charge structure was used, the blasting effect was the best, the cracks in the holes were obvious,and the cracking rate exceeded 70%. It plays a key role in the smooth fall of the goaf. The successful application of the research results in the actual engineering of the site is of great significance to the promotion of roof cutting and pressure relief and gob-side entry retaining under similar engineering geological conditions.
