千米深井井下矸石分选及充填技术研究

摘要
为了降低原煤灰分、减少矸石堆积对环境的破坏,同时解放"三下"呆滞煤炭资源,邢东矿建立了一套井下原煤洗选—矸石充填系统。以邢东矿首个矸石充填工作面12212为例,详细介绍了井下矸石分选及充填技术。现场应用表明,井下矸石分选及充填可实现矸石减排、地面沉降控制,具有可观的经济效益和社会效益。
        In order to reduce the ash content of raw coal and the environmental damage caused by gangue upgrading, and liberate the sluggish coal resources under buildings, rivers and villages, a set of underground raw coal washing-gangue filling system was established. The first gangue filling face 12212 of Xingdong Coal Mine was taken as an example, the underground gangue separation and filling technology were introduced. Field application showed that the separation and filling of underground gangue could reduce the emission of gangue and control the land subsidence. The economic and social benefits were considerable.
