摘要
河北钢铁集团司家营研山铁矿随着开采深度的逐渐增大,上部台阶逐渐靠帮靠界,采场局部边帮出现滑坡失稳现象。为最大限度地降低爆破震动对最终边帮及被保护建筑物的损伤破坏,基于对预裂爆破机理及岩石性质的分析研究,在邻近边帮时采用预裂爆破试验,并对爆破参数进行不断优化,降低爆破产生的后冲作用和爆破震动效应。试验结果得出预裂爆破的降振率达到40%以上,预裂爆破降振效果明显,有效维护了边帮稳定和周围建筑物的安全,为采场创造有利的生产环境。
        With the gradual increase of mining depth,the upper steps of Sijiaying yanshan iron mine of HeBei iron and steel group are gradually close to the side and the boundary. In order to minimize the damage of blasting vibration to the final side gang and the protected buildings, based on the analysis and study of the pre-cracking blasting mechanism and rock properties, pre-cracking blasting tests are used in the adjacent side gang, and blasting parameters are continuously optimized. Reducing the recoil and blasting vibration effects of blasting. The experimental results show that the vibration reduction rate of pre-fissure blasting is more than 40%, and the vibration reduction effect of pre-fissure blasting is obvious. It effectively maintains the stability of the border gang and the safety of the surrounding buildings, and creates a favorable production environment for the mining field.
