摘要
目的了解专科层次临床医学专业学生对预防医学课程的认知情况与掌握程度,为以后教学改进提供依据。方法通过随机抽样的方法,随机选取2016级临床医学专业部分学生进行问卷调查。结果 68名(42.77%)学生认为开设预防医学非常重要,82名(51.57%)学生认为开设预防医学有必要;97名(61.01%)学生对预防医学有兴趣,而对预防医学没有兴趣和兴趣不大的学生分别有7名(4.40%)和55名(34.59%);而对预防医学课程掌握程度自评显示,卫生统计学、流行病学和职业卫生学掌握难度较大。结论越来越多的学生认识到学习预防医学的重要性,但是由于预防医学课程存在涵盖内容多,部分内容理解较为困难,相当多的学生学习兴趣欠缺,知识掌握不够牢固。
        Objective To know the cognition and mastery degree of special clinical medial students to Preventive Medicine course thus providing basis for the future teaching improvement. Methods Some students in the medical major in 2016 were randomly extracted for questionnaire. Results 68 cases of students(42.77%) supposed that offering the Preventive Medicine was very necessary, 82 cases of students(51.57%) supposed that it was necessary, 97 cases(61.01%) of students were interested in the Preventive Medicine course, 7 cases(4.40%) of students had no interest in the Preventive Medicine course and55 cases of(34.59%) students had little interest in students; and the self-evaluation of Preventive Medicine course showed that the mastery difficulties of health statistics, epidemiology and occupational hygiene were big. Conclusion More and more students recognize the importance of Preventive Medicine course, but the contents of this course are more and some contents are difficult, a large number of students lack interest in learning, and the mastery of knowledge is not solid.
