摘要

CFM56-5B发动机TGB和RDS滑油渗漏事件多发。通过对某航空公司机队多年的漏油案例和数据进行持续分析和跟踪,并结合世界机队总体情况,探索出一条航线切实可行的航线维护排故方案,在分析大量数据的基础上,找到共性问题,从发动机管理上制定有效的预防性措施,其效果在长时间的运行中进行验证。
        CFM56-5 B engine TGB and RDS oil leakage events are frequent. Through the continuous analysis and tracking of oil leakage cases and data of an airline fleet for many years, and combined with the world fleet situation,this paper explores a feasible line maintenance and troubleshooting scheme, finds common problems on the basis of analyzing a large amount of data, and formulates effective preventive measures from engine management. Its effects have been validated over a long period of operation.
