品管圈在预防性气管切开患者撤机中的应用

摘要
目的探讨开展品管圈活动对预防性气管切开患者撤机的影响。方法 2014年7~12月开展以"降低预防性气管切开患者撤机失败率"为主题的品管圈活动,比较开展品管圈活动前后患者撤机情况。结果开展QCC活动后,预防性气管切开患者撤机失败率由33%下降至8.3%。结论开展品管圈活动能够有效降低预防性气管切开患者撤机失败率,有利于患者早日康复。
        Objective To explore the effect of applying quality control circle(QCC)in reducing unsuccessfully separating ventilator for patients with preventive tracheotomy after thoracotomy.Methods QCC was established with the theme of reducing unsuccessfully separating ventilators.The failure rates of separating ventilators for patients with preventive tracheotomy before and after QCC implemented were compard.Result After the implementation of QCC,the failure rate decreased from 33%to 8.3%.Conclusion Applying QCC can reduce the failure rate of weaning ventilators for patients with preventive tracheotomy and promote early rehabilitation.
