配偶陪同式健康教育在膀胱癌手术病人中的应用研究

摘要
[目的]探究配偶陪同式健康教育在膀胱癌手术病人中的应用效果。[方法]选取2016年5月—2018年1月于我院治疗的92例膀胱肿瘤行泌尿造口病人为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将病人分为试验组和对照组各46例。试验组在进行常规手术护理的同时采用配偶陪同式健康教育;对照组进行常规手术护理的同时采用常规健康教育。对两组病人各项临床手术指标,包括肠功能恢复时间、治疗依从性、住院时间、术后并发症发生率以及病人对于护理的满意度进行比较。[结果]试验组病人肠功能恢复时间(31.79±0.87) h、治疗依从43例、住院时间(26.78±1.89)d,均优于对照组[肠功能恢复时间(36.68±1.38)h、治疗依从36例、住院时间(33.36±2.34)d],且差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组病人术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异均统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]配偶陪同式健康教育应用于膀胱癌手术病人的护理中,能够有效优化病人的各项临床手术指标,降低术后并发症发生率,提高病人的护理满意度,使病人生活质量得到提高。
Objective:To probe into the application effect of spousal accompanying health education in patients with bladder cancer surgery.Methods: A total of 92 patients with bladder tumors underwent urinary ostomy in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group.The patients in experimental group received spousal accompanying health education while performing routine surgical care.The patients in control group received routine health education while performing routine surgical care.The clinical surgical indexes including the recovery time of bowel function,the number of treatment adherence,the length of hospital stay,the incidence of postoperative complications,and the patient's satisfaction on nursing were compared between both groups.Results:In experimental groups,the recovery time of bowel function(31.79±0.87) h,treatment compliance 43 cases,and length of hospitalization stay(26.78±1.89) d were better than those in control group(36.68±1.38) h,36 cases,(33.36±2.34) d,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the nursing satisfaction in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: Applied spousal accompanying health education on patients with bladder cancer surgery could improve the clinical surgical indexes,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,and improve the patient's quality of life.
