摘要
在对互联网企业发展形势和知识员工的个性特征分析的基础上,梳理相关文献和理论知识,界定知识领地行为概念,开发出知识领地行为量表,以深圳市五家大型互联网企业的245位员工为研究对象,研究员工的知识领地行为。研究发现,知识领地行为是普遍存在的;女性比男性员工有着更强烈的知识领地行为意向;高学历员工,尤其是具有博士学历的员工担当行为意向非常明显。
        Based on the analysis of the development situation of the internet enterprise and the characteristics of knowledge employees,combing the relevant literature and the theory of knowledge,the paper defines the concept of knowledge domain behavior,develops knowledge domain behavior scale,takes 245 employees of Shenzhen five big internet companies as the research objects,and studies the knowledge domain behavior of employees. The study concludes that: knowledge domain behavior is widespread; female employees have a greater knowledge domain behavior intention than male employees; highly educated employees,especially employees with a doctoral degree have obvious behavior of undertaking responsibility.
