摘要
新千年以来,西方领导力研究文献数量大幅增长,领导力理论界百家争鸣。为了进一步推动领导力的理论研究,美国阿克伦大学教授杰西卡等人以十种国际顶级学术期刊的752篇领导力论文作为分析样本,结合已有研究框架对现有的领导力理论进行了描述和分析。在此基础上,研究者尝试提出一个同时强调领导力涌现类型和分析层次并且注重以过程为导向的理论分析框架。该研究为后续的领导力研究,尤其是理论层面的探讨提供了新的视角。
