针灸配合颈椎操对神经根型颈椎病的治疗作用

摘要
目的:探讨针灸配合颈椎操对神经根型颈椎病的治疗作用。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年1月88例神经根型颈椎病患者[]并随机数字表法分组。对照组单纯进行颈椎操治疗,针灸组在对照组基础上进行针灸治疗。比较两组神经根型颈椎病改善率;症状消失时间;干预前后患者疼痛程度、睡眠质量、生活质量。结果:针灸组神经根型颈椎病改善率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针灸组症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组疼痛程度、睡眠质量、生活质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后针灸组疼痛程度、睡眠质量、生活质量均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合颈椎操对神经根型颈椎病的治疗作用确切,可减轻疼痛程度,改善睡眠质量、生活质量,缩短治疗疗程。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and cervical vertebra exercises on the cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods:88 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were selected in January 2015 to January 2017,and divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with cervical vertebra manipulation only,the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The improvement rate of two groups of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,the time of symptom disappearance,and the degree of pain,quality of sleep and quality of life before and after intervention were compared.Result:The improvement rate of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type in acupuncture group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of symptoms disappeared in acupuncture group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain level,sleep quality and quality of life were similar between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the pain degree,sleep quality and life quality of the acupuncture group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with cervical exercise is effective in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radicular disease,which can relieve pain,improve sleep quality,quality of life and shorten treatment course.
