摘要
随着装备电磁兼容问题的日益严峻,用频管控规则在频谱管理辅助决策中的传统应用方法存在难以量化表示,缺乏传承与复用,不易维护和扩展等问题。利用频管领域模型对用频管控规则进行建模,采用基于规则网络的推理方法,探讨了频谱管理应用中常见规则冲突类型及消解机制,实现了规则系统与业务系统的解耦,有助于频管资产的沉淀复用,试验结果表明了此方法在频谱管理辅助决策上的有效性。
With electromagnetic compatibility is more and more bad,there are many problems for spectrum usage-control rules in assistant decision application,such as difficult to quantifying,lack of inheritance and reuse,no easy to maintain and extend. The concept of the spectrum-management domain model is put forward,spectrum usage-control rule is constructed accordingly. Also the rule network-based reasoning method is adopted. Familiar rule conflict problems and resolution mechanisms in spectrum management application are discussed. It decouples rule system and business system,forms long-term accumulation mechanism of spectrum asset. Finally by simulation experiment,the effectiveness of assistant decision in spectrum management is verified.
