摘要
在石灰石-石膏法脱硫中,石灰石浆液颗粒细度的质量直接影响脱硫的效果。本文基于激光得到衍射散射图样,使用图像处理方法对光强进行分析,采用改进的Phillips-Twomey算法对石灰石浆液颗粒细度进行数值模拟。该实验结果表明了激光衍射散射法对石灰石浆液颗粒细度检测的可行性。
        The effect of desulfurization directly depends on the quality of limestone slurry fineness in Limestone-gypsum desulfurization. We obtained diffraction and scattering pattern by laser and use the method of image processing to analyze the light intensity. Improved Phillips-Twomey method was used to simulate the particle fineness of limestone slurry. The result of this experiment shows the feasibility of limestone slurry particle size detection by the method of laser diffraction and scattering.
