摘要
文章介绍了光学液体颗粒计数器的工作原理,研究了一种基于光学散射原理的亚微米液体颗粒计数器,设计分析了传感器的光学结构。首次研制出了一台最小检测粒径为0.5微米的商用化液体颗粒计数器。利用研制出的颗粒计数器对最小滤除粒径为0.5微米的滤芯的过滤效率进行了测试。测试结果显示,一个滤芯对0.5微米以上颗粒的过滤效率为45%,另一个滤芯的过滤效率为8%。开发的亚微米液体颗粒计数器为水处理滤芯的性能检测提供了一种高性价比的解决方案。
This paper introduces the working principle of the optical liquid particle counter, studies a sub-micron liquid particle counter based on the optical scattering principle, and designs and analyzes the optical structure of the sensor. A commercial liquid particle counter with a minimum diameter of 0.5 μm was developed for the first time. The filtration efficiency of the filter element with the minimum diameter of 0.5 micron was tested by using the developed particle counter. The test results show that the filtration efficiency of one filter element is 45 and that of the other is 8%. The developed sub-micron liquid particle counter provides a high performance-price ratio solution for testing the performance of water treatment filter.
