摘要
提出了一种新型阻塞性活塞式颗粒阻尼器,建立该颗粒阻尼器阻尼力理论模型,并运用LMS Test. Lab软件进行实验,研究颗粒尺寸、激振频率及初始载荷对阻尼特性的影响规律并验证所建立的理论模型的准确性。研究表明:随着初始载荷的增加,阻尼器的阻尼力单调递增;粒径为0. 7 mm的颗粒在高频激励下减振效果最好。
        A new type of obstructed piston-type particle damper is proposed. Establish the theoretical model of damping force of the particle dampers. The experiment is carried out by LMS Test Lab software. Study the influence of the particle size,excitation frequency and initial load on the damping characteristics and verified the accuracy of the established theoretical model. It is found that the damping force of the damper is monotonically increasing with the increase of the initial load,and the vibration reduction is the best under high frequency excitation with 0. 7 mm particle size.
