摘要

对于企业的生产和发展来说,节约生产成本、提升企业的经济效益是最基本的目的。市场竞争的白热化趋势让化工企业面临着新的挑战,在追求经济效益的同时,在管理的过程中更应加强对成本的控制,这也是节约生产消耗和经营消耗的主要途径,这样才能保证企业的经济效益。基于此,本文主要对化工企业管理中如何加强对成本的控制进行了简单的分析,希望能够对促进化工企业的可持续发展有一定的帮助。
