本科院校教师教学竞赛发展现状及模式创新

摘要
教师教学竞赛是高校培养教师教学能力和提高教学水平的重要途径,是坚持"以本为本"、推进"四个回归"的重要手段。通过对23项高校教师教学竞赛状态数据的采集与挖掘,梳理了本科院校教师教学竞赛的发展脉络和特点,归纳了教师教学竞赛若干模式,从区域和高校两个维度详细分析了教师教学竞赛发展现状,提出了"师生为本""互动为魂""网络为基"的新模式教师教学大赛,进一步对本科院校教师教学竞赛的持续健康发展提出对策建议。
Teaching contest is an important way to train teachers' ability of teaching and improve their teaching level in colleges and universities. It is also a vital mean to follow the principle of "undergraduate students oriented" and promote the "Four Back To". By collecting and analyzing the data of 23 teaching contests in colleges and universities, this paper sorts out the history and characteristics of teaching contests in the colleges, summarizes several models of teaching contests and analyzes the status of teaching contests from regional and universities' perspective. The paper also puts forward a new model of teaching contest with three characters:"teacher-student-oriented", "interaction as soul" and "network-based". In addition, the paper proposes some suggestions for the sustainable and healthy development of teaching contests in colleges and universities.

(1)按照教育部2017年公布的全国高等学校名单,我国共有普通本科院校1243所。本科院校教师竞赛获奖学校占比计算公式为843 /1243=67.82%。
(2)按照国家统计局提出的我国经济区域的划分规则,从东、中、西部和东北四个区域层面探讨我国高校教师教学竞赛获奖分布情况。其中,东部地区包括北京、天津、河北、上海、江苏、浙江、福建、山东、广东和海南;中部包括山西、安徽、江西、河南、湖北和湖南;西部包括内蒙古、广西、重庆、四川、贵州、云南、西藏、陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏和新疆;东北包括辽宁、吉林和黑龙江。
