新疆额敏县人间布病发病现状调查及分析

摘要
目的调查额敏县人间布病发病现状,为布病防治提供相应的策略。方法采取随机抽样的方法,抽取对监测点,并对统计的各项指标进行分析。结果农民和农区的布病感染率较高,分别达到20.40%、26.57%牧区和牧民的感染率相对较低,为9.52%、13.44%。而半农牧区感染率介于两者之间。结论间布病属多途径传播的疾病,目前还无有效的手段可以快速降低人间布病疫情,因此调查清楚各个区域人群布病现状,有利于进行统一的管理,特别是农民、牧民、其他(育肥牛羊人员)、散居儿童的管理。
        Objective To investigate human brucella infection status of emin county,and to provide the corresponding strategies of prevention and cure of brucella.Methods The method of random sampling was adopted,monitoring stations were extracted,and statistics of the indicators were analyzed.Results Brucella infection rate of,fanners in agriculture region was higher which were20.40%,26.57%,infection rate of herdsmen in pastoral area was relatively low,which were 9.52%,9.52%,respectively.The infection rate of half farmers and herdsmen was in between.Conclusion Human brucella is a multiple routes transmissions disease,there is no effective means to quickly reduce the human outbreak of brucella,so to find out the regional present situation of brucella crowd is,suitable for unified management,especially for the farmers and herdsmen,other(fattening cattle and sheep),the management of scattered children.
