摘要
白车身(Bady in White,BIW)宽度尺寸一致性直接影响着整车的内外饰美观度、风噪声以及安全性。对白车身宽度尺寸一致性控制方法进行探讨,介绍了零件实效尺寸机理,分析了白车身宽度尺寸机理,提出了偏公差设计方法、DESIGN GAP设计方法和零件搭接结构设计方法等控制策略。以某车型侧围与下车体的Y向搭接为例,介绍了其控制策略的应用,为后续新车型白车身尺寸的稳健性设计提供了参考。
The BIW width dimensional consistency directly affects the inner and outer aesthesis,wind noise and safety of the vehicle. The BIW width dimensional consistency control methods are discussed. Introduces the mechanism of part's virtual size,analyzes the mechanism of the BIW width,and proposes the partial tolerance design method,DESIGN GAP design method and overlapping parts structure design method. Then taking the side-body of the car which is surrounded with the underbody in Y direction to lap joint as an example,introduces the application of its control strategy. Its control strategy can realize the robust design of the new product dimension.
