摘要
介绍了风噪的种类和控制方法,阐述了利用封堵排除法对某车型风噪问题的分析和改善过程。以某SUV车型进行了涂蓝试验和超声波检测,找到了主要泄露漏点位置,并在道路试验中分析了各泄漏点导致不同的乘客舱内声压级变化,使用一种新的风噪缺陷评价方法,确定各个区域对车内风噪的贡献量。试验结果显示在后固定窗、后背门与顶棚的间隙是该车后部异常风噪声主要的泄漏声源,经过方案优化,使后部风噪大的问题得到了改善。
        This paper introduces the type and control method of wind noise, and expounds the analysis and improvement process of the wind noise problem of a vehicle using the blocking exclusion method. A SUV model was used for the test of blue painting and ultrasonic testing, and the main leakage point was found. In the road test, the change of sound pressure in different passenger compartment was analyzed. A new method was used to evaluate the contribution of each area to the wind noise in the vehicle. The test results show that the gap between the rear fixed window, the tail door and the roof is the main source of leakage of the abnormal wind noise in the rear part of the car, and the problem of wind noise in the rear is improved after the optimization of the scheme.
