摘要
乘用车自动换挡操纵机构在设计开发、验证过程中,内部评价团队提出换挡力不合适引起换挡操作不舒适。通过对相关自动挡车辆换挡力测试和主观评价得分相关性分析,确定了换挡力优化的必要性及提出了换挡力的优化目标。进一步地分析、确认换挡器和换挡拉索无负载操纵力的影响因素,综合考虑换挡操纵系统的开发成本和周期,选择成本低,周期短的优化方案来达到优化换挡力目的。最后把优化方案的改善样件进行装车效果确认,满足了优化换挡力及操作舒适性要求。
In the process of design, development and validation of the gear shift, the internal evaluation team put forward that the inappropriate shift force caused the uncomfortable shift operation. Through the correlation analysis of shift force and subjective evaluation score of relevant automatic transmission vehicles, the necessity of optimization of shift force is determined and the optimization goal is put forward. Further analysis and confirmation of the factors affecting the load-free control force of the gear shift and the shift cable, Considering the development cost and cycle of the shift control system comprehensively, the optimization scheme with low cost and short cycle is selected to achieve the purpose of optimizing the shift force. Finally, the improved prototype of the optimization scheme is loaded into the vehicle to confirm the effect and meet the requirements of optimal shifting force and operational comfort.
