正清风痛宁肠溶片治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨正清风痛宁肠溶片治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年5月～2017年10月广西柳州钢铁集团有限公司医院收治的80例类风湿性关节炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组各40例。对照组患者均采用常规西医西药治疗,观察组患者则联合使用正清痛风宁肠溶片治疗,两组均连续治疗2个月为1个周期。所有患者随访3个月,测定观察组患者正清痛风宁肠溶片给药后的一级参数、房室模型参数以及统计矩参数相关数据,了解其药代动力学相关指标,同时比较两组患者的血尿酸、红细胞沉降率及白细胞计数指标变化情况,比较两组患者的临床治疗总显效率。结果观察组患者的血尿酸、红细胞沉降率及白细胞计数均显著低于对照组,观察组患者的临床治疗总显效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正清痛风宁肠溶片的吸收常数(A)为(11.36±0.02),消除半衰期(t_(1/2))为(8.6±1.1)h,给药后统计矩参数药-时曲线下总面积(AUC_(0-∞))为(560.3±2.0)ng/(h·L),达峰时间(t_(max))为(1.36±0.03)L/(h·kg),药峰浓度(C_(max))为(15.33±0.29)ng/L。结论针对类风湿性关节炎患者在西医西药治疗基础上联合应用正清风痛宁肠溶片,给药后药物吸收稳定,半衰期短,达峰时间快,药物有效作用时间长,能有效的降低血尿酸、改善红细胞沉降率水平,提高整体临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning Enteric-Coated Tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 80 cases with rheumatoid arthritis treated in Hospital of Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from May 2015 to October 2017 were selected as subjects and were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning Enteric-coated Tablets,and the two groups were treated for 2 months for 1 cycle.In all patients were followed up for 3 months,the first-order parameters,the parameters of the room-room model and the related data of the statistical moment parameters of Zhengqing Fengtongning Enteric-Coated Tablets after administration were determined,to understand the pharmacokinetic indexes.At the same time,the changes of uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and white blood cell count of the two groups were compared.The total clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The serum uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and white blood cell count were significantly lower than those in the control group,the total clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The absorption constant(A)of the Zhengqing Fengtongning Enteric-Coated Tablets was(11.36±0.02),the elimination half-life(t_(1/2))was(8.6±1.1)h,and the total area under the drug-time curve(AUC_(0-∞))after administration was(560.3±2.0)ng/(h·L),peak time(t_(max))was(1.36±0.03)L/(h·kg),peak drug concentration(C_(max))was(15.33±0.29)ng/L.Conclusion For patients with rheumatoid arthritis combined with western medicine treatment based on Zhengqing Fengtongning Enteric-coated Tablets,which has stable administration,short half-life,fast peak time,long effective time,so it can effectively reduce blood uric acid and improve blood sedimentation and the overall clinical treatment.
