摘要
目的分析家长课堂在扩大免疫规划工作中的应用效果,探求有效可行的计划免疫健康教育模式。方法采取前瞻性队列研究方法,选取2016年4-8月东莞市厚街镇出生的常住儿童家长450例,随机分为三组,每组150例,对照组家长不参与家长课堂和微信课堂,干预A组家长只参与面对面授课的家长课堂,干预B组家长同时参与面对面授课家长课堂和以小豆苗为平台的微信课堂,对三组研究对象跟踪随访2年。比较分析三组干预效果。结果参与家长课堂的干预组预防知识知晓率、疫苗全程接种率均高于对照组,不良反应报告率、儿童就医率、传染性疾病发病率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展面对面授课家长课堂和以小豆苗为平台的微信课堂有利于对儿童家长进行科学正确的预防接种知识的宣传教育,纠正社会媒体对预防接种偏离科学事实的报道,增强家长对预防接种的重视,提高儿童预防接种率和接种及时率,对改善医患关系,提高预防接种工作效率和质量,推进免疫规划工作的发展有现实意义。
        Objective To explore an effective and feasible planned immune health education model by analyzing the application effect of parents' classrooms in expanding immunization planning. Methods A prospective cohort study was conducted. 450 parents of permanent children born in Dongguan Houjie Town between April 2016 and August 2016 were randomly divided into three groups of 150 cases. The parents of the control group did not participate in the parent classroom and WeChat class. The parents of the intervention group A only participated in the face-to-face classroom of parents. The intervention group B parents also participated in the face-to-face classroom and the WeChat class with the Xiaodoumiao as the platform. The three groups of subjects were followed up for 2 years by comparing and analyzing the effects of three groups of interventions. Results The prevention knowledge awareness rate, the vaccine vaccination rate in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the adverse reaction report rate, the child medical treatment rate, and the infectious disease incidence rate were lower than the control group.The difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The face-to-face classroom teaching of parents and the WeChat classroom with Xiaodoumiao as a platform are conducive to educating children's parents on scientific and correct vaccination knowledge, correcting social media reports on vaccination from scientific facts, and enhancing parents' attention to vaccination, improving the vaccination rate and timely vaccination rate of children is of practical significance. It's significative for improving the relationship between doctors and patients, improving the efficiency and quality of vaccination work, and promoting the development of immunization planning.
