风险意识在手术室护理管理中的应用效果

摘要
目的探讨风险意识在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年7月～2018年7月收治的80例手术患者作为研究对象,按照患者的入院时间顺序分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采用常规手术室护理管理方法,观察组采用风险意识。比较两组手术护理质量评分、患者护理总满意度、风险事件发生率。结果观察组风险事件总发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为90.00%,显著高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险意识在手术室护理中应用效果十分明显,有助于提高患者手术治疗效果,降低风险事件发生率,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推荐。
Objective To explore the application effect of risk awareness in the management of operating room nursing.Methods Eighty patients who underwent surgery from July 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into the control group(40 cases) and the observation group(40 cases) according to the patient′ s admission time sequence. The control group was used conventional operating room nursing management method, the observation group was adopts risk awareness. The surgical quality scores, patient care satisfaction, and risk event rates were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of risk events in the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than that in the control group(22.50%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.50%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing quality scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Risk awareness is very effective in the operation of the operating room, which is helpful to improve the surgical treatment effect, reduce the incidence of risk events, and improve patient care satisfaction. It is worth recommending.
