中文版10项目大五人格量表在乳腺癌病人中应用的信效度分析

摘要
[目的]检验中文版10项目大五人格量表(TIPI-C)在乳腺癌群体中的信效度。[方法]采用TIPI-C和中文大五人格问卷简式版(CBF-PI-B)对115例乳腺癌病人进行调查。[结果]TIPI-C外向性、宜人性、尽责性、情绪稳定型和开放性分量表的Cronbach′sα系数分别为0.708,0.443,0.687,0.673,0.666,重测信度为0.819～0.901。验证性因素分析各拟合指标:χ~2/df(1.86),符合模型拟合较好的标准,比较拟合指数(CFI,0.892)、塔克-刘易斯指数(TLI,0.814)、近似均方根误差(RMSEA,0.087)达到可接受水平。校标关联效度除宜人性维度外,其余均有统计学意义。[结论]TIPI-C为极其简短的人格测量工具,内在信度不太乐观,但有良好的重测信度、效度以及在使用过程中的优势,仍有临床应用价值。
Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the Ten-Item Personality Inventory-Chinese version(TIPI-C) in the breast cancer population.Methods:A total of 115 breast cancer patients were investigated with TIPI-C and Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory brief version(CBF-PI-B).Results:The Cronbach α coefficients of the five subscales of TIPI-C were 0.708(Extraversion),0.443(Agreeableness),0.687(Conscientiousness),0.673(Emotional Stability),0.666(Openness to experience),and the test-retest reliability was 0.819 ～0.901.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that each fitting index χ~2/df(1.86) was in line with the better model fit;comparative fit index TFI(0.892) and Tucker-Lewis index TLI(0.814) were the approximate roots mean square error(0.087),which reached the acceptable level.In addition to the dimension of amenity,the calibration validity of the calibration was statistically significant.Conclusions:Although TIPI-C was not very optimistic at internal reliability as an extremely brief personality measurement tool,considering its good test-retest reliability,validity,and advantages in use,it still has clinical application value.
