摘要

文中根据人的注意力集中时间和上海港水域限速情况来确定风险单位区域大小,根据污染事故发生地分布规律确定出四大风险区,通过风险计算方法对风险区危险度进行计算和分级,识别出上海港船舶污染事故风险区及风险等级。
        Based on the time of human concentration and the speed limit of Shanghai Port waters, the paper defines the scope of risk unit. It determines four major risk areas in accordance with the law of the distribution of pollution accident locations, calculates and classifies the risk degree for the areas using risk calculation methodology, and identifies the risk areas and risk levels of ship pollution accidents in Shanghai Port.
