摘要
数字化测量技术是现代飞机数字化装配技术的重要组成部分,从当前常见几种数字化测量系统入手,简要介绍了各自的优缺点及使用现状,重点以手持式三维激光扫描仪为研究手段,以某型机中机身环控管路装配不协调问题为研究对象,详细论述了手持式三维激光扫描仪在解决机身内部管路装配偏差问题的研究过程,为今后行业内机身内部管路装配偏差检测提供研究方法和思路。
Digital measurement technology is an important part of modern aircraft digital assembly technology.Starting with several common digital measurement systems,this paper briefly introduces their advantages and disadvantages as well as the current situation of their use.The paper focuses on the hand-held three-dimensional laser scanner as the research means and the disharmony of the fuselage environmental control pipeline assembly in a certain type of machine as the research object.The research process of the hand-held three-dimensional laser scanner in solving the assembly deviation problem of the internal pipeline of the fuselage is discussed in detail,which provides the research methods and ideas for the assembly deviation detection of the internal pipeline of the fuselage in the industry in the future.
