摘要
文章基于应用型人才培养的目标,对食品分析实验的教学现状进行了分析,并结合课程教学特点与教学过程中存在的问题,对教学改革进行了构思。从教学内容、教学方法、考核方式等方面提出了食品分析实验教学改革的途径,以提高学生的实践操作能力,培养满足地方经济发展需求的应用型人才。
Based on the goal of training applied talents, this paper analyzes the current situation of food analysis experiment teaching, and combines with the characteristics of curriculum teaching and the problems existing in the teaching process, so as to conceive the teaching reform.From the aspects of teaching content, teaching methods and assessment methods, the way of food analysis experiment forteaching reform is put forward, so as to improve students' practical operation ability and cultivate applied talents meeting the needs of local economic development.
