摘要
针对《食品分析实验》教学中存在的问题,结合综合性设计性实验的概念及作用,探讨了《食品分析实验》综合性设计性实验教学改革的方法。教学实践证明,该实验教学改革能够充分调动学生对实验课学习的主观能动性,培养了学生的科研意识与实验操作技能,并提出了该课程教学改革今后的思路与方向。
For the issues in the teaching of the Food Analysis Experiment,combining with the concepts and functions of comprehensive and designed experiments,we explored the innovation methods of comprehensive and designed experimental teaching in the Food Analysis Experiment.The practical teaching demonstrates that these methods have some impacts,which strongly encourage the enthusiasm for studying by themselves and enhance the research consciousness and operation skill of students.Meanwhile,we also propose the direction and thinking for the development of teaching innovation in the future.
