高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定食品接触纸制品中全氟辛烷膦酸(C8 PFPA)和双全氟辛烷膦酸钠(C8/C8 PFPiA)

摘要
建立高效液相色谱仪串联质谱对食品接触纸制品中全氟辛烷膦酸(Perfluorooctylphosphonic aicid,C8PFPA)和双全氟辛烷膦酸钠(Sodium bis(perfluorooctyl)phosphinate,C8/C8PFPiA)含量的分析方法。方法以0.1%HCl/甲醇为溶剂,提取溶剂体积为60%的样品池体积,萃取温度为110℃,萃取液氮气吹干至约0.5 mL,用WAX固相萃取柱萃取后进液相色谱串联质谱进行分析。高效液相色谱以C18柱为分离柱,.以甲醇和水/氨水(pH=10)溶液进行梯度洗脱。质谱采用MRM多反应监测模式,标准曲线法定量。C8 PFPA和C8/C8 PFPiA的方法检出限分别为0.5μg/kg和0.1μg/kg。对不含C8 PFPA和C8/C8 PFPiA的纸制品进行0.5、2.0和10.0μg/kg~3个添加水平的回收率试验,每个添加水平测定6次。C8 PFPA的平均回收率为74.0%~96.5%,C8/C8PFPiA的平均回收率为96.7%~102.5%,C8PFPA的相对标准偏差为4.45%~8.56%,C8/C8 PFPiA的相对标准偏差为5.66%~7.07%。
