摘要
建立一种高效的样品前处理方法和液相色谱检测方法(HPLC)并进行方法学验证。11种荧光增白剂(FWAs)在1~200 ng/mL范围内呈良好的线性相关(r=0.9999),加标量为0.5 mg/kg和2.5 mg/kg的平均回收率为98.00%~104.00%,RSD(n=6)范围为4.19%~6.50%,定量限为0.10 mg/kg。该方法简便、灵敏、准确,适合纸质食品包装材料中FWAs的快速筛选检测要求。上海市闵行区市售食品接触纸包装中11种荧光增白剂有检出,其中C.I.220的检出率和平均值最高,分别为40%和87.77 mg/kg。对于上海市闵行区市售食品接触纸包装中存在违规使用荧光增白剂的现象,有关部门应加强监督管理以减少其对公众健康的危害。
        An efficient sample preparation method coupled with high performance chromatography(HPLC)method was established and validated. 11 kinds of fluorescent whitening agent(FWAs) were in good linear correlation with correlation coefficients greater equal to 0.9999 in 1~200 ng/mL range. The average recovery rates in spiked samples, the samples have the adding standard matter amount are 0.5 mg/kg and2.5 mg/kg, were between 98.00% and 104.00% with RSDs(n=6) of 4.19%~6.50%. The limit of quantitation was 0.10 mg/kg. The methods were simple, sensitive and accurate, which is suitable for the rapid screening and detection requirements of FWAs in paper food packaging materials. 11 fluorescent whitening agents were all detected. The detectable rate and the average content of C.I.220 was the highest, and they were 40% and 87.77 mg/kg, respectively. The situation of Minhang district food packaging paper exists illegal adding fluorescent brighteners. Relevant departments should strengthen supervision and management to reduce its harmful impact on people's health.
