摘要
说课是一种教学研究活动,有助于教学目标的达成和课堂教学效果的提升。"食品化学"是农业院校食品类专业的核心课程之一。以"食品化学"课程为例,分别从课程性质与定位、课程教学目标、课程教学内容、教学方法和手段、教学过程设计、课程教学资源、教学评价与考核方式、教学反馈与教学效果、课程特色等9个方面阐述"食品化学"课程的设计原则和思路。
Presentation of teaching is a kind of teaching activity,which is contributed to the achievement of teaching objectives and the promotion of teaching effects. Food Chemistry is one of the core subjects for the major in food science and engineering of agricultural university. This article mainly descripted the design principle and ideas for the course of Food Chemistry from the aspects of the course nature and orientation,teaching objectives and contents,teaching methods and devices,design of teaching procedure, teaching resources, teaching evaluation and assessment, teaching feedback and effects, and course characteristics.
