宜昌胡颓子果实食用价值及种子出苗率影响因素分析

摘要
基于果实营养成分的测定与分析,及种子自身因素对出苗率影响的试验,研究宜昌胡颓子果实食用价值和种子繁育技术。结果表明,宜昌胡颓子果实可食率79.22%,糖酸比5.91,Vc含量15.63 mg·(100g)-1,蛋白质含量2.12%,17种氨基酸总量1.29%,人体所需矿质元素含量丰富,尤以钾含量最高。种子出苗率与种子成熟度呈正相关,与果实堆放时间及种子贮存时间呈负相关,以完熟果实堆放3 d种子晾晒1 d的出苗率最高;播前对种子进行消毒可明显提高出苗率,以3%KMnO4溶液浸泡种子7 min效果最好。宜昌胡颓子果实具有较高食用价值与开发潜力,种子现采现播并进行适当的药剂消毒处理可大大提高出苗率。
        Based on the determination and analysis of nutrient components of Elaeagnus henryi fruit and the influence test of the seed itself on its germination rate, its nutritious value of fruit and its propagation technique of seeds were studied. The results showed that the fruit edible rate, sugar-acid-ratio, content of Vc, content of protein and 17 sorts of amino acids of E. henryi were79.22%, 5.91, 15.63 mg·(100 g)-1, 2.12% and 1.29%, respectively. The fruit of E. henryi was rich in mineral elements required by human body, and potassium content was the highest among them. The research indicated that the seed germination rate was correlated with seed maturity positively, but correlated with fruit pilling up time and seed storage time negatively. When the fruit was pilling up for one day and then the seed was storage for one day, the seed germination rate reached the top. The seed germination rate was also improved by the seed disinfection before sowing, and the seed immersed in 3% KMnO4 for 7 min before seeding had the highest germination rate. The fruit of E. henryi has the higher edible value and development potential. Moreover,the seed germination rate can be improved drastically by the proper disinfection treatment as soon as the seed was picked up.
