胃癌患者一级亲属的管理
摘要
胃癌是最常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一,大量研究证实了胃癌患者的家族史明显增加了胃癌的发生率,其一级亲属更是一个强有力的和不断报告的危险因素。对这部分人群进行筛查,并积极采取合理的预防性干预治疗,并对高危人群建立一个监测管理体系,能有效地改善家族性胃癌的预后。本文就胃癌患者一级亲属的最新研究进展作一综述。
