生长抑素治疗肝硬化食管胃底曲张静脉出血的有效性和安全性

摘要
目的探讨生长抑素治疗肝硬化食管胃底曲张静脉出血的有效性和安全性。方法选取什邡市人民医院收治的肝硬化食管胃底曲张静脉出血患者58例,随机分为两组,各29例。两组患者入院后均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用生长抑素治疗,对照组加用垂体后叶治疗。比较两组的止血效果和安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.55%(27/29),与对照组的75.86%(28/29)比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组止血时间为(13.42±2.35)h,显著短于对照组(19.35±4.36)h(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.34%,与对照组(13.79%)比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于肝硬化食管胃底曲张静脉出血患者,在常规治疗的基础上加以生长抑素治疗,具有止血快速、安全以及有效的特点,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of somatostatin in patients with cirrhosis complicated with esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding(EGVB). Methods From March 2014 to March 2015, 58 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with EGVB were divided into observation group and control group with 29 cases per group. All patients received conventional treatment after admission. In addition,the observation groupreceived somatostatin treatment, while control group treated with hypophysin. Compare hemostatic effects and safety between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group patients was96.55%(27/29), compared with 75.86%(28/29) in the control group, the difference has significance(P <0.05);The haemostatic time(13.42 + 2.35 h) in observation group significantly shorter than the control group(19.35 + 4.36) h(P < 0.05); In observation group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.34%(3/29), and the control group 13.79%(4/29)(P > 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment, somatostatin therapy is safe and effective for hemostasis in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with EGVB.
