用药指导对心血管疾病患者服用他汀药物依从性的影响

摘要
目的:探讨药师用药指导在心血管疾病患者服用他汀药物中的应用效果。方法:所纳入的100例心血管疾病患者均由临床开具他汀药物处方,随机分成两组:对照组50例给予传统按处方配药,观察组给予积极的用药指导和干预。对照分析两组治疗效果、依从性的差异。结果:实施主动用药指导干预后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),依从性明显强于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:药师在药学服务中主动对心血管疾病患者服用他汀药物提供用药指导,能够强化其遵医用药意识,更好地保障治疗效果。
Objective: To discuss the effect of medication guide from pharmacist on compliance of taking statins by patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods: 100 cardiovascular patients which were prescribed statins by clinical doctors were divided into two groups randomly, 50 patients in control group were dispensed medicines by traditional method, 50 patients in research group were dispensed medicines by active medication guidance and intervention. The clinical effect and compliance in two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: After active medication guidance and intervention, the total effect of research group was obviously higher than control group's(P < 0.05), the compliance in research group was better than control group's(P < 0.05). All the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: The active medication guidance from pharmacists on taking statins by patients with cardiovascular diseases could strengthen the awareness of compliance which get better guarantee of therapeutic effect.
