摘要
从实际的饮食业油烟监测出发,结合监测过程中的实际体会,从油烟处理设施、采样工况、基准灶头数、采样装备、实验分析这几个方面,对饮食业油烟监测中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。
Based on the actual fume monitoring in the catering industry and the various experiences in the monitoring process,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the fume monitoring of the catering industry from aspects of fume treatment facilities,sampling conditions,reference number of stoves,sampling equipment and experimental analysis.It also proposes the corresponding solution measures.
