专项护理在老年PICC置管中的应用价值

摘要
[目的]分析专项护理在老年经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)中的应用价值。[方法]选取2015年12月—2016年11月收治的老年PICC置管病人46例为对照组,采用常规护理,2016年12月—2017年11月收治的老年PICC置管病人52例为观察组,在常规护理基础上采用专项护理,比较两组病人的护理情况。[结果]观察组住院期间静脉炎、导管相关感染、静脉血栓形成等并发症发生率分别为1.92%、0.00%、0.00%,明显低于对照组的15.22%、10.87%、13.04%(P<0.05);出院时观察组焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组病人护理满意度92.31%明显高于对照组的76.09%;经护理质量抽查,观察组护理记录、无菌操作情况、并发症预防、健康教育、基础护理质量等各项护理质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]为老年PICC置管病人实施专项护理,可提高护理质量,减轻病人不良情绪,降低并发症发生风险,且有助于构建和谐的护患关系。
Objective:To analyze the application value of special nursing in elderly patients with the peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC). Methods: 46 elderly patients with PICC from December 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the control group. Another 52 patients with PICC from December 2016 to November 2017 were enrolled as the observation group. The nursing status was compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of complications such as phlebitis,catheter-related infection,and venous thrombosis in observation group was 1.92%,0.00%,and 0.00%,respectively,which was significantly lower than those in control group of 15.22%,10.87%,and 13.04%(P< 0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in observation group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(76.09%). The scores of various nursing quality such as nursing records,aseptic operation status,prevention of complications,health education,and quality of basic care were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: The implementation of special nursing for elderly PICC patients could improve the quality of nursing,reduce the patient's negative mood,reduce the risk of complications,and is helpful to build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
